These Terms & Conditions govern your use of szzconsulting.com and the services provided by Shenzhen Zhenshijie Consulting Management Co., Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide Google Ads account setup and managed campaign services, including account configuration, conversion tracking, campaign management, optimisation, and reporting, as agreed with each client.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need; hold the rights to advertise the products or services being promoted; comply with all applicable laws and the policies of any advertising platform used (including Google Ads policies); and pay fees as agreed.

3. Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads. We are an independent consulting company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, scope, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement and are payable as invoiced. Third-party advertising spend is separate from, and additional to, our service fees.

5. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific results, rankings, conversions, or returns.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to the Company. Ownership of work produced for a client is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Term and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Shenzhen.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
