Refund & Cancellation Policy退款与取消政策
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting and management services purchased from Shenzhen Zhenshijie Consulting Management Co., Ltd.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a service at any time by contacting us at admin@szzconsulting.com. Cancellation takes effect when we confirm we have received your request.
2. Refunds
- If you cancel within 14 days of payment and we have not yet started work on your engagement, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Once work has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any prepaid management fees for periods that have not yet begun may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Third-party advertising spend (for example, amounts paid to Google Ads) is controlled by the platform and cannot be refunded by us.
3. How to request a refund
Email admin@szzconsulting.com with your name, the service purchased, and the date of payment. We may ask for further details to verify the request.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
